We primarily ship from warehouses located within the European Union to ensure efficient delivery.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified shipping address. United Discount shall not be held liable for any loss or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must notify United Discount within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date in case of loss). Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
